The state of Texas requires certain forms be completed prior to your fist session and that they be updated annually or with any significant changes to you or your pet's medical history. Please note that canine and equine forms must be signed by a vet prior to your first session and therefore walk-ups at shows are not possible for new clients that don't have forms on file. All other forms may be completed on-site and human walk-ups at shows are welcome!
